CurrentTrack has been a vital tool for task organization and time keeping in my position. This program allows the entire company to stay on-top of active tasks, easily and efficiently prepare progress reports and updates, check off completed work, and more. I can’t imagine trying to keep up with all the notes and incoming tasks without CurrentTrack to keep us all on the same page!

I have only been live on the system for 3 months and we have had a long transitional period. We had the projects element of the system developed pretty heavily which involved a great deal of testing. The end result is that we have a system doing exactly what we need, which is definitely worth all the hard work at the beginning.

Pros: User friendly can easily look up account details like previous orders,invoices, financial history and contact lists. Cons: It can be a little slow going from page to page as it runs from the cloud that can be an inconvenience. SAI Global

I have tried on numerous occasions to have our scheduler call me and discuss upcoming recertification. Emails promise someone will call me, but it doesn't happen. I called the Global US number and dialing "0" for the Operator gets you nowhere. They must not need the business.

Be careful ! This product might be good, but support is terrible. The guy never answered my numerous emails and messages. After payment, I could never access the application. The dev finally reimbursed me (but only because i was still in the trial period) instead of trying to help me fix the problem. At 68$/year, take it at your own risks !

Has good management tools but getting the project setup is difficult. My biggest complaint is that the Pert chart page is very cumbersome. The task and lines that link tasks automatically snap to a grid and therefore overlap each other to where you cannot distinguish the links. If you try to move a task to line it up visually, the links snap to some contorted path. It would be nice to be able to turn the 'snap to' function...

Advantage Software

This is truly the worst project management software I've ever worked with. Nothing is intuitive. You have to open a new window for every task and minimized windows aren't easy to find or disappear entirely. Some data you have to hit Save to enter, some is automatically saved, some you have to hit an nondescript button to refresh the view. Performance is adequate, cloud agent is awesome, running authenticated scans can be a nightmare. Good luck if you have to open a support ticket because they are TERRIBLE at getting back to you and the first 3 responses will be general answers you could have googled. Unfortunately, this software has proven lacking! They did not pull through went it came to the customizations. The owner of the company said they would provide free customizations. But that was not true. Because they tried to charge us. They do not know how to do EDI integrations even though they say they can. Customer support is so hard to get as well! When I finally get through they don't know the answer to my question...

Awesome Tool! I always had the problem of switching between tools when working on projects. Now I have everything in one tool and can view my data the way I want. Even working collaboratively works seamlessly and easy. Won´t use anything else!
