horrible software, very NOT user friendly, what they give you is super basic, and any additional will cost you an arm and leg. Even in printing forms, it costed over $600 to add a pick up slip form, which is a simply the pick up slip form with a line on bottom for signature. Caused our process order and output time to increase by 200%. Unable to integrate rest of product. took over 6 months tried to integrate, still failed.
